ESTATE PIOVESOLE
Fourteen terraces sustained by traditional dry stone walls for the Valpolicella area, the “marogne”,dry stone walls, encircled by woods and sloping down towards the plain: this is the estate Piovesole, in the hamlet Conca d’Oro, at S. Ambrogio di Valpolicella.
Six hectares in a single plot, cultivated with vines and in part with olive groves, nestled in a natural hollow that overlooks the Val d’Adige.
The Lessini mountains offers a northern bulwark that protects from the colder winds, meanwhile in the south the mild temperatures of Lake Garda contribute to create an ideal microclimate for the cultivation of vines and olives.
